Sarms and epi cycle question

So I started my SARMS ostarine and gw on 12/2/13. From the start I felt increases in endurance. I feel increased strength capabilities as well (also using epi) I was hoping to get some cutting effects from this. Dosing gw at 20, osta at 50 and epi at 40. However, past few days effects seem to be lessening. Any reason why? Is my body adjusting to the SARMS?

I was also hoping to see some recomp effects. Wondering how long I should wait to see any recomp effects? When would results be noticeable and if they aren't should I increase dosage? Scale has remained steady at 220. Any advice would be helpful.

How does your diet look? It is afterall the most crucial part of any cycle. It will dictate whether or not your recomp is successful

Anyway, give it time. Serious results never come over night and It has only been 11 days. I would also suggest bringing osta down to 25mg. It's the maximum recomended dosage and you probably won't see more results over 25mg, just more sides. Things should really start picking up for you soon though

If you want more cutting and strength effects, throw some s4 in there.

I agree, run the osta at 25, that should be more than enough.

Could be the epi, too. For me, a few weeks in on any oral and I start to get a little lethargic.

I made an error. Osta is at 25. My bad.

Diet is protein shake and eggs in morning.

Shake after workout with some protein for lunch.

Dinner is chicken with some veggie of sorts.

Protein shake before bed.

I'd get rid of at least two of the protein shakes and get the protein from a food source.

There's your problem. Your diet consists of more protein shakes than real food. One protein shake post workout is fine but you need to be eating whole food protein sources like eggs and other various dead animals. The rest of your diet should be complex carbs and healthy fats. Right now, you're on the muscle wasting diet, not a recomp

no matter what cycle you run, if your diet and training aren't in line in the manner they need to be, you will not achieve what your aim is... It is completely fine to use protein shakes in your diet and it frustrates me to no end when people act otherwise, HOWEVER, when your trying to recomp and gain size you MUST incorporate MORE in terms of whole food and more precisely, protein sources... you need to start eating more chicken, white fish, tuna, things of this nature... throw in fat free greek yogurt, veggies, peanut butter or nuts, and ESPECIALLY EGGS... If your more toward a lean recomp then stick with just egg whites... your diet and training need to be conducive to your goals...

Wow, didn't think bout the protein shakes.

1) which shake should I get rid of?

2) how do I consume enough protein then? Sounds like a lot more chicken and tuna to me...

Eat more real food? There's other proteins besides chicken and tuna. Hate to say it, but I feel like your diet knowledge is lacking, and you should have had this figured out before you cycled.

A shake or two isn't going to hurt you, but you should have a lot more lean meats and eggs in there, with some clean carb sources

I'm readjusting my game plan over here. Thanks to everyone for their advice as I see I have been doing this slightly wrong. Have a few questions:

1) What should I do for a protein source while I sleep? I was taking casein protein before bed since it breaks down slowly. Should I still use the shake before bed?

2) should I have a shake and eat some carbs with it? I didn't want to eat too much carbs to try and cut but if it's necessary then how much carbs per day? (I know we are talking about complex carbs as opposed to simple sugars)

bro, you really need to learn more about nutrition... there are so many protein sources... you can still keep the shakes you are taking in, just add more food sources as well... bro, trust me, there's nothing wrong with using a lot of protein powder throughout the day... i don't care what anyone says, there's nothing wrong with it but you don't want to rely on it alone and it seems that's what your doing... keep your protein high, carbs moderate and fat low... there's so many protein sources out there...

when using gw to burn fat. goto a lower fat diet more then worrying about low carb.Gw is going to bypass the carbs and go right to burning fat.

K thanks for the encouragement. I think I might be jumping the gun a little too. Just need to be patient and wait for results with the proper nutrition plan. Any thoughts on possibly switching from ostarine to LGD? Could I switch to using LGD or should I use both at same time?

use one or the other.. lgd will give better gains but also yield higher suppression.

you can run an lgd cycle and use osta in pct... pick one or the other, don't run them together...

Not getting any increase in endurance any more and have quite a but of soreness but what feels like soreness from working out, not injury. Also added albuterol into mix over weekend. Lessened amount of protein shakes and implementing more nutritious sources of protein. Also going on keto to accelerate fat loss.

Any suggestions or comments regarding diet and supplements?

Any reason endurance is down? I know no carbs can cause less energetic feeling but only been doing that for a few days now and endurance has been less for about a week.

using a keto diet is not the best way to use gw.go lower in fat and a bit higher in carbs. It is going to bypass the carbs and go right to burn fat!

if your running epi still then that is the culprit... one of the major issues with orals, especially pro hormones is they can cause lethargy... this is due to shutdown and your liver... even when you are using protection, it can still be hard on your liver and when a methylated oral is taken over time, no matter what you are using, it will still effect you... of course, n2guard will offer max protection but it can still be taxing regardless... the epi is what is causing your problems... drop it and within a few days your endurance will be back...

No matter what you take in terms of "supplements", if your diet isn't on point--you will not be happy with the end result. Keep two shakes pd. cassien with a fat before bed ( I use almond butter) is perfect, and a whey protein with a simple carb after your workout. Rest should be protein 35-40g at every meal, and a couple of meals pd do no carb. 6 or 7 meals pd. they can be small--but that will speed up your metabolism quite a bit. Do carbs at breakfast ( oatmeal) is perfect--Along with egg whites.... You need enough quality protein in every meal or you will end up dissappointed. Tweak your carbs the most as you go..protein and low fat should be the constant. A proper diet is the difference between little or no results and a successful recomp.

Thanks, Sakari

its good advice but not pertinent to what he's asking... he's asking if he still needs supports when he drops the epi bro...

Ok but being on the epi for those two weeks doesn't mean I need any type of pct after I stop it? Like I still have a Bottle of Torem.
