Shake? Damn bro, i already had two cycles and never shook the bottles... I gained 2kg and 3.5kg, respectively. I'm hearing that for the first time. Are you sure, to shake to bottles? For exemple, Melanotan 2 shouldn't be shaken at any time. But I don't know if there are similatities between peptides and SARMs.
1) Peptides are not SARMS, you're confusing 2 different products. It's like comparing a skateboard to a ferrari. You have to start the engine with a ferrari, but need to use your feet with a skateboard.
2) Most liquid oral research products should be shaken before use. Think of it as if you're mixing a protein shake, shake well before use, very simple.

Haha all right. Yeah I know the difference but i was thinking about the molecular-structure. I don't want to destroy anything

Shaking SARMS doesn't do anything to their 'molecular structure', you have nothing to worry about.
