Sardines and other fish

I love eating fish and I was wondering that eating canned fish every day maybe too much..

What fish is the best?

I like sardine, pinks almon,trout ..I also eat tuna..

healthiest fish is baked salmon. Cod,swordfish,sole are very good. Tuna is convenient

That damn sardine stinks a like hell..
My hands get really smelly after one serving.. I can't say that tuna smells better..

What the hell shoul I use to clean my hands ? Even after I soap them they still smell...

How do you guys and gals deal with that scent??

sardine are an interesting source of omega 3s
but are sooooooooooo rich in fats that you should not eat some too often
