I have been reading a bit about ALA and was thinking of taking it with a bit of a higher carb diet but then dropping down to pretty low. I was interested to see how well it would work at the higher carb levels(I know, i would have to take quite a bit of it..and may not be worth it, but I am also taking it for my liver). If anyone out there has tried both different diets I'd like to know how it worked for them.
