So I have been reading most of these posts and I have a bit of the same question repeated but at the same time i want to make it more catered to me not some other guys.
Stats:
Height : 5 11
Weight: 220-225
Bf%: 23-25
Experience: worked out for 6 years, winning one lean body challenge competition by losing 10% BF in a set time.
Cardio: 3 times daily for 20 min. each on empty stomach
Train: 3-4 times a week, supersets less then 1 hour in gym at time.
I have taken stimulants such as Lipo-6 and have used No-Xplode and other creatines. My diet isnt perfect but id say its 80% of the time a great diet. I cheat probably 2 meals a week or so. Im naturally a big guy and I carry alot of excess fat. I need some help. Anyone on here that can give me some direction. My diet is the hardest to stick to, and i wont lie that i am a bit confused in the gym. I have hit a stail spot in everything. I am going to take another stimulant but this time make it a thermogenic. Anyone that can help direct me in maybe what they recomend i take, some dieting tips (im not poor but im struggling as of this point in my life so keep that in mind). also if anyone can suggest maybe a type of routine that would rock. I dont need you to go through and detail everything, i can find that out myself. But suggestions and why you suggest that would be amazing!!!
