What is the safest place to order from the united states ? (countries?). I met a source in Venezuela do you think that is safe ? Of course domestic is the safest but what I am looking for is other then domestic.

It is sure that you will run a bigger risk by ordering international but the prices are better too. Just make sure that your supplier is legit(references, ask a mod) and ask him question about the way he package is stuff and if he have a replacement policy in case the stuff get seized, a lot of suuplier have this.And I would not order express.
