as title suggests im looking for any bros with experience on the safest adhd med for me to take.. my biggest concern is it interfering with my bodybuilding, ive been on a few already and know a bit about them just looking for someone knowledgeable to chime in and maybe point my in the right direction...hopefully something that wont suppress the appetite
