safe to order amp 02 again?

is it true that there is a new and improved version of ampily 02 coming out too?

New version of Amp 02 should be out already, and no I wouldn't order yet. I still don't have my order that I paid for 2 months ago!

I posted Omega the same question - NO REPLY. I think if you read the very end of the AGX problem thread Omega says they will be taking orders in a few weeks after all the Paypal info is fixed and the old orders shipped. He also says to get his "fans" back he will be giving a big discount!
