You still hittin it in the AM mrflex? How's it coming, haven't seen ya for a while, our pal detroit said you're looking pretty hard. I ran into him sometime last week I think.

What's up with ya bro? Yeah, I'm still doing the morning thing. Well afternoon technically, but you know that's the morning for my lazy ass! Coming along pretty good. I got some of my early diet pics posted in my gallery I think if you wanna check em out. Think I was dropping down in body weight a little too fast so I upped my cals and carbs a little higher for awhile to put some weight back on. Don't want to get down to low to quick and then have to try and hold on to it. Should be ready though for shows w/ no problem. Doing on in Michigan on Sept.13th and the Ohio State in Columbus on Sept.20th. Quadsweep will be there competing too. I think some of my peeps are gonna go up there and cheer me on. You and Carmen outta come on up and check it out. Should be a good show. Maybe even Jason will go on up. I'll have to give you a holler here soon or give me a shout if you can. Good hearing from you bro and hope you're doing well yourself.

So, what your saying is because of "kids", athletes in general should be punished? Where is the logic in that? I am all for regulation of products that place consumers at risk, but I am NOT for people telling me what I can and cannot supplement my diet with. Esp. when for the most part I feel that I am more knowledgeable on the subject then 99% of the people who will eventually vote on the subject.

In re: to Prohormones... the effectiveness and benefit of such supplements is still open for debate. Personally I feel that they are useless - I am sure that many board members will back me on that. The major issue at large is Ephedra and the associated lawsuits against numerous manufactures.

Shall we bring back prohibition b/c of people who injure themselves while drinking?? How about we repeal the right to bare arms since more people died from fire arm accidents then from Ephedra last year...

PS - Nice post mrflexdiesel. Karma to you!

I tell you why I think they should be banned...

Take Biotest for example and their product MAG 10, I was stupid
enough to believe all the hype and more importantly I believed
that the product was free of side effects.... funny how after I took the product I lost a shit load of hair and then suffered from
Benign Prostate Hypertrophy... I have received mail from plenty
of other guys who also had similiar problems... The supplement
industry has no regulation in regards to the claims being made...
I could care less if the product is "useless" but when it harms
peoples health like many 1 test products do, then its time for the
government to step in and protect the public from supplement companies that make such ridiculous claims

Why don't they do something useful, like forbidding the sale of cigarettes altogether. How many millions of people get lung cancer, a terrible disease, from smoking?
