Russian Spiropent

anyone ever see russian spiropent?
my guy told me that it is SPIROPENT clen....but everything is in russian.....and i cant read it.
its a blue and white box...says CLENBUTEROL on it......
comes in a box of 50 clens....(5 strips...10 on each)
the pillsare white....with a split down the center....to make it easy to break.
