Bros, need a quick help to figure something out. Do Russian tabs come in the package, box? I know there are ten in each strip, but how many strips are in the box?

If you dont get the box that doesnt mean anything though. I have gotten up to 1000 at once and they were in the pop out pacts wrapped up in rubberbands. They were real and worked great for me and a couple of friends
 
They kick in here also according to my more heavy lifts and pushes, but my body is still the same.... I wonder when in will get bigger, i have a good diet and enough sleep.

How many times a day are you eating? Also, how many calories are you getting per day. Make sure that with growing hunger, you continue to up the calorie intake. I noticed changes in the shoulders in about 4-5 days, even with the Arimidex. I have been leaning out duing the whole process, although it was not a concern in the first place as I have a cutting cycle planned. Make sure you get 8-9 hours of sleep a day and down a lot of glutamine. You should be fine. Also, hat are your stats and doses?

I don't know how to translate my stats in lb :/ you will get that later. I eat 4 times a day

My strenght went up very fast and high though, I gained 0.75 kg (dont know in lb).
People say you could only see some real difference after 3 weeks?

I perfer taking 5mg in the morning, and 20mg 1hr before the gym. This way it really gives an extra kick for your work out.

you need to eat 6-7 smaller meals per day, 4 wont give your body the nutrients it needs throughout the day. You can only assimilate about 60grams protein in a sitting and that may not be enough for your body to grow. Speed up that metabolism and eat more often. Also, if you hit the dbol at 30mgs per day, you will see alot better gains in size and strength. Should only take about 10 days to see a noticable difference. IMO

Damn, this is bad for you, russian dbol is strong, and thats why you should divide it troughout the day, keeping the diana level in your blood equal...

How long did it take for you to kick in?

Ill follow both your advices...
I'll try to divide my meals troughout the day, and go up to 30 mg a day, starting tomorrow (7th day of cycle)...
