Report: Officials confirm Limbaugh under investigation

Law-enforcement officials who spoke on condition of anonymity confirmed yesterday to the Associated Press that Rush Limbaugh is being investigated by the Palm Beach County (Fla.) state attorney's office for allegedly buying prescription drugs.

Limbaugh, in his speech at the National Association of Broadcasters at the Pennsylvania Convention Center, did not address the matter.

Premiere Radio Networks, which syndicates the politically focused "Rush Limbaugh Show" to more than 650 markets, issued a statement from Limbaugh: "I am unaware of any investigation by any authority involving me. No government representative has contacted me directly or indirectly. If my assistance is required, I will, of course, cooperate fully."

Premiere spokeswoman Keven Bellows said there would be no further comment

Leagalize, meaning he did it! Hopefully with his power he will change his tune and put preassure on the neo-cons to change some drug classifications and use education and treatment to treat the ills of drugs rather than wasting billions of dollars fighting the drug war that can never be won!
