Running and Test...Do it?

Do you think it would benefit a person who runs/jogs/sprints to use test? Like will it help you get in shape fast, will it help you recover faster, will it help you explode more out of your start and running? Or will the water just hold you down? I'm looking for people who have knowledge of this and people who've had experience with test and running/jogging/sprinting to please share with the rest of us. Thanks and K for sure!

Not test, but tren will...tren is very good with explosive movements(cleans,jumps,starts,etc.) Not sure about the test though

ps- danymal ever get the verdict on HCG detection time?
 
I have to run all the time - no two ways about it.

With test, I found everything was elevated. I felt stronger, faster and I recovered faster. Now, my endurance seemed to suffer a bit; but, that was because of my strength training over my endurance training. I didn't cycle for endurance.

Tren is supposed to kill your cardio though.
 
When I was playing ball in college, I did a cycle of sust at the end of the summer leading into fall camp. My 40 time went from 4.7 to 4.5, but I think this was due to my increased leg strength. I focused a lot on plyometrics and sprinting that summer. During fall camp, my legs would get SO pumped that I couldn't make it through a whole practice. I played d-end, so all of my focus was on strength and speed off the ball. During that cycle I didn't know anything about anti-e's and I was holding A LOT of water, but that didn't seem to slow me down.

NO SHIT....can't believe anyone would recommend or run tren when there is any kind of cardio involved!

might be explosive for about 10 minutes then you'll be dragging ass!!

Maybe Xyience NoX CG3 is the answer? I've seen guys chain themselves to a Hummer and pull it uphill on that stuff.

Then again, if someone wanted to pay me enough $$$ to say that drinking my own piss was the key to performance enhancement I would. Like other fad diet/supplement endorsers, I have no shame when it comes to getting paid. lol I wonder if Jessica Simpson's skin really used Pro activ? Or if Johnny Knoxville just blew his load all over her face so many times her skin cleared up?

when playing football and training for it in the summer, tren is great with explosion. the average football play lasts 6 seconds and when training it is good to train for explosion not long distance cardio...this isnt cross country its football.

Primo tabs are great choice for joggers & sprinters ..............................
 
test is great for cardio! if you trane right? hell your body makes it.

d-bol is horrible for cardio! trust me i know!i am a mma fighter.fighters dont like it.
 
lol bigcracker cracks me up... yeah, as soon as i get this water off of me... i should be good but man its kinda holding me down because my speed just isnt where it used to be before i was on..

LOL, Thanks for the translation, I was trying really hard to figure out what he was talking about.

Winny, Bad idea for Football. Your just asking to blow out a knee. Just my opinion though. I fight MMA, and I won't touch Winny anymore. To many joint injuries.

Looking back on those old replay tapes Ben was " ripped " ..... I'd almost peg his body for EQ as well , i know he tested positive for winny but thats not all he took to get there ...

Race horses drop seconds off there lap times with EQ .... i know a few CFL players who love it as well as a few rugby guys , Now these are athletes who are already in killer shape ,EQ seems to bring that to another level for them .
