Do you think it would benefit a person who runs/jogs/sprints to use test? Like will it help you get in shape fast, will it help you recover faster, will it help you explode more out of your start and running? Or will the water just hold you down? I'm looking for people who have knowledge of this and people who've had experience with test and running/jogging/sprinting to please share with the rest of us. Thanks and K for sure!
