Rubber stopper already has marks

Very strange... I have an RX for HRT...so I opened a new ten...and you could tell the rubber top had already been stuck... I opened my other two and it was the same.. I wonder if it has been tampered with or if this particular RX maybe fills the vial via the top. The top wasn't a typical flip top...it was a foil pull tab..

Kind of scared to use it... anyone ever had this?

Good reason to be concerned. Were all punched dead center as if a machine did it?

You have a prescription and were supplied by a licensed pharm. Yes?
