Why is it so hard to find. There has got to be some great smuggling money in this drug.

A few problems:
1) Only very recently gained FDA approval in US
2) It has an extremely specific Medical Purpose with enormous Moral/Idealogical implications
3) Is either primarily or solely made by 2 Chinese Pharmaceutical Labs
4) Is quite expensive and can be life threatening if women administer without medical supervision.
5) Does not have the appeal to bodybuilders that something like Arimidex or clomid have.

If an underground version comes out in the near future, expect it to come from China...
