Suggests to administer lotion every morning after shower. I shower after work & workout. Would it matter on time of day you apply?

Columbo may be thinking of Forma, which would be right for everything he said on dosing etc...

Transaderm should never be used in PCT since it is suppressive, and one dose per day is all you need due to the long half life. The normal recommended dose is also 5 pumps.

I don't see why it would matter if you did it am or pm. I think the after shower part is important as that is when your skin is at its cleanest and you would theoretically get the best absorption. Like Rick said, the half life is longer so 1x per day is fine. Am or PM, shouldn't matter too much.

This ^, and they tell you to apply it after shower because if you apply it before shower you will wash it off . Sounds obvious but...

thats about fucking dumb...

its best to dose it in the morning... it can have an effect on your sleep if you dose it at night...

Believe it or not that does have some validity to it. It has been shown that application to the boys will yield more DHT conversion than other areas. When I ran it I would routinely put a couple squirts to each shoulder and a couple squirts to the sack too

May have to try a squirt or two on the boys then the rest on shoulders/upper back. Going to keep applying the transaderm after PM shower and see if it affects my sleep at all. If it becomes a problem I will switch the the morning.
