Rotator Cuff and Steroids

holy ghost said:
haha thats a dumb question

but if you must Winstrol - stanozolol promotes collagen health/growth

igf1, gh - growth hormone (somatropin) - etc

geet geet woot woot

HGH would help. Win would add and maybe Deca to help lube the joints up.
Take it easy if youj ust had surgery...
I had my knee redone and took 3 years off before I played around with juice again.

try physical therapy without the roids, those joint strengthening moves will help it the most.
Don't be surprised if you have to have surgery to get it back the way it should be. Shoulders are the 2nd most complex joint in your body, next to your hip joint.

I did PT for 3 months, 3 times a week and kept with it after on my own.

pt works wonders and it is key to shoulder rehab

i had 9 months of pt, 7 days a week
3 more months every other day

WOW bro. That is a long time. Your insurance paid for that?

ya
caused by a car accident, got a good settlement as well

i couldnt even jerk off with my dominant hand for 6 months

That was the worest part, I bet. Get a bed side nurse. I had a girl friend who would come over each day and take care of that for me when I was home from my surgery on my knee. She was great! I miss her... :-)
I was in bed for 10 days straight in a machine that bent my knee for 8 hours a day. NOT FUN!!!

Will taking steroids heal my rotator cuff injury? If so, what is the best healing roid out there?

No - I had hoped the same thing. Now 3 years later my shoulder is still fucked, and my former 500 lb bench is now hovering around 300 lbs - and it's taken a lot of work to get it up this high.

When I hurt mine I was lifting with a new training parther. Nothing too heavy, I think it was around 365 lbs. I took it down lower on my chest (due to a poor lift assist) than normal, on the way up - POP -

It's taken me this long to even get my bench back up this far. Not getting the surgery was a big mistake, now I have a big decision.

If I had it to do over, I would have already had the surgery. When I look in the mirror I can see a very different cut in my muscles in my left shoulder vs my right shoulder. That is a real wake up call.

Winstrol is one thing you don't want to take if you're having rotator cuff problems. It will dry you're joints out. The Deca will help some but not that much to notice a huge difference. Do alot of physical therapy moves with lite weight before you do any arm related exercises. I've noticed Adequan helped my rotator cuff really well, but what helped the most was Alflutop. I took 1/2 cc once a week in my anterior and medial deltoids for 10 weeks. It worked wonders for and a couple of my friends.
