Roomba---->Great invention!!

I love this thing! A little pricey but I never have to vacume my house again!! The other day I was sittin on my couch smokin a J and this thing is just moving all around picking shit off the floor, I just stared at it in amazement that we have this kind of invention. Now if they could invent something to fold my laundry Id be all set

Yep. I have that and the scooba. I love them. Got mine for $149 though. That was a good price from woot.com

Scooba was $240.

It's not as powerful as an upright, but does the job.

The thing I hate about mine is that the dust tray fills up too quickly since it's so small.

Oh and the dumb thing never finds it's base to recharge even though it's suppose to.

That is true, thats the one thing I dont like about it.

The theory of it is... if you set it to run daily or every other day, it keeps the floors clean enough to not fill up the bin too fast. I do however clean the bin after every run. I clean the whole thing after every run.

Finding it's way back to the base... Do you have the base on a shiny, reflective surface, such as hardwood floors? If so, it might be better to place it on a rug or something where the reflections won't cause it to misread the signals, just like women do.

or... You may want to use the virtual walls to break up the area a little more and have it contained to a smaller spot. That may help it find it's way.

I haven't used my docking station yet. I just use "Max" clean all the time and let it die when it's battery is drained.
