im new to this game. i am looking to do my first cycle over the summer. i want to test the waters with something simple. i am looking for something without too much water retention that will enable me to keep most of my gains. any suggestions?
i have been training off and on for a few years but hardcore for the past year. i will be home for the summer (home cookin) so my diet will be much better then when i'm at school. im 20 years old. 6 feet tall, 195 pounds, not positive about bodyfat but i can see my top 4 abs... probably around 14 or 15%. looking to put on some size but beach season IS around the corner so it would be nice if i could avoid bloating. thanks for any suggestions.
Week 1-8
Test Cyp or enth at 300 mg per week
Week 3-10
Winny oral at 50 ed
arimidex at .25-.5 per day starting with day 1 and a week or so after clomid
Nolvadex on hand in case you start noticing gyno
Week 11
Clomid (follow hucks clomid therapy)
ALA - 2000 mg per day.
2 Gallons of water per day.
Eat clean 6 times a day with lots of protein.
