im new to this game. i am looking to do my first cycle over the summer. i want to test the waters with something simple. i am looking for something without too much water retention that will enable me to keep most of my gains. any suggestions?
 
Educate us and then we can help. How old are you, how long you been working out, what is your diet and training like, what are your goals.

Also you talked about water retention - are you familiar with SERMs or liquidex.

and you asked about keeping gains - are you familiar with clomid?

i have been training off and on for a few years but hardcore for the past year. i will be home for the summer (home cookin) so my diet will be much better then when i'm at school. im 20 years old. 6 feet tall, 195 pounds, not positive about bodyfat but i can see my top 4 abs... probably around 14 or 15%. looking to put on some size but beach season IS around the corner so it would be nice if i could avoid bloating. thanks for any suggestions.
 
Okay something mild.

Week 1-8
Test Cyp or enth at 300 mg per week
Week 3-10
Winny oral at 50 ed
arimidex at .25-.5 per day starting with day 1 and a week or so after clomid
Nolvadex on hand in case you start noticing gyno
Week 11
Clomid (follow hucks clomid therapy)
ALA - 2000 mg per day.
2 Gallons of water per day.
Eat clean 6 times a day with lots of protein.
