"rookie" plz critique me.....

alright,i have several questions and i know i'm new here but i would really like some feed back from people that don't know,this my first time to juice and i'm doin 8wks dbol stacked with 5wks of noranden 200 finshing with winstrol.is this wut you would recommend to a first timer?how much can i expect to gain?how much can i expect to lose?i'm 5'8 at 115(i know,way underweight,but thatz why i'm here).thanx bros....

2nd: How old are you? whats your training like...


My guess is that you can put a lot of mass on you just by upping your diet. Just try to be a little more specific about your background and Im sure I or many others would be glad to help...
 
neo..at 115 pounds..you are not eating properly. I can make you gain 15 pounds alone from food.

If you are not eating properly and lifting, you can actually make yourself sick to the point of being anorexic or close to it.

Just my opinion, but work on consuming food first while lifting every other day. Do this for 3 or 4 months and then we can discuss some gear.

As for cycling, post your age please. Maybe a very low dose of some form of test might help you.

5 weeks of Norandren is not long enough. Most Nor do not kick in until week 3 for most people.

You need to post some more info about yourself..age, years of lifting, etc...
 
yo,sorry bout the wrong board,i wasn't payin attention.but my diet was pathetic,now and for the last few months i've been taking in between 150 and 200 grams of protien,3500 - 4000 caleries,and my carb intake is usually bout 300.i'm male an 23.with sticking to my diet and a little help from dbol and creatine,i've gained bout 15lb in bout 2 months.here is my workout schedule.

mon-chest & triceps
tue-legs
wed-off
thur-biceps
fri-back & shoulders
sat-off
sun-off

we do at least 2 x per body part,5 sets,2 warm up then 3 straight...plz critique me,and lemme know wut you think i can gain and wut i will lose,i know i prolly shouldn't be stockin gear yet,but i'm too impatient.i'm not expecting to get huge,i just want to get up to the norm and in shape then i'll worry bout stackin wieght.any advice would be appreciated.....
 
did you go from 115 to 130? Or 100 to 115? That's still not a lot considering you have used creatine and d-bol?

At 3500 calories a day..you should be up 15 alone from the extra food. Are you sure the d-bol was real? What brand of creatine did you use?

Never mind sets in my opinion. Find a weight you feel comfortable with and lift it for 12 to 15 reps. Then, increase your poundage and lift again for at least 10. I pyramid up until I can't rep 4 or 5 times...then I cut the weight in half and keep repping till failure. It will help your strength gains big time.

Drink lots of water when lifting.

Your food intake looks good but 4000 calories can be tough to maintain for a long time. Try your bodyweight multiplied by 20. This is your caloric intake baseline. Try eating this amount for two weeks followed by two weeks of stuffing your face. Don't forget to weight yourself and make caloric adjustments as you gain weight.

Have you seen a doctor before? Maybe you have severely low test levels which is why you were so light to begin with?

As for your Deca/D-bol/Win cycle.....bag it. You NEED some form of testosterone. Sustanon, enanthate, something.

If you take this to the main board, you will get tons of opinions.
 
awesome feedback bro,i'm goin to transfer this to the right board,but for the record,it was 100-115.no i haven't seen a doctor,and yes,that is alot of calories,the only way i pull it off is whey,i use optimum whey,and EAS phospagen hp creatine.i will start workin out how you say2morrow,but,if you don't mind,would you mind tellin me if you were in my position exactly wut kind of gear and how much you would do?thanx again d00d....oh,and one more thing,i don't know if this means anything or not,but my workout partner is experinced,and i do work out very hard,he pushes me to failure almost everytime,my muscles feel fatigue after sets,but i never no matter how hard i work out really get sore.....?is this a tell tell sign of something i'm doin wrong or just how my body works?
 
at 115 pounds, I'm going to guess you have some kind of thyroid problem. Not a major problem..but at 5'8 and only 115..it is very easy to disrupt your stasis.

That many calories should have you zooming thru the roof. I'll send you an e-mail later today. I'm a physical therapist and athletic trainer. I work at a Sports Medicine rehab center. I'll ask around and see if someone has an idea.

Honestly, I would go to a doctor and get a blood test and some lab work done just to start a baseline for future checks.

If you want to play safe and just see what kind of jumpstart you can create..I would use Sustanon or Test Enanthate alone for a few months. Let's see how extra test affects your hormonal levels..metabolism...etc..

Plus, that's a cheap solution to an obvious deficiency.
 
right on....thanx,i'll let ya know my progress,keep in touch....and i'll deffinetly get some blood work done,thyroid problems run in my family,i just really thought bout how it could effect me....
