Roids & Pregnancy?

I thought that while you were on roids, you were basically sterile? I have a family friends whose just gotten pregnant and her boyfriend is in 7th week of cycle...Is this possable? Would greatly appreciate any info!!!

It's possible. Wouldn't be a bad idea to do a paternity test, though, if any doubts.

Of course it's possible. Especially if you're on test. Sterility (when your nuts shrink) is a potential side effect of roids.

WOW! Thanks for the reponses...I dont think she's not being too honest about her boyfriend or the father, she just read the post and called to tell me he's been on longer than she had told me, a year to be exact! She's also concerned if fetus will be affected in any way by the fact he's on roids!

There is NO correlation to birth defects and AS use. People get there partners pregnant all the time on AS.. There are a few on here that have been on heavy or long cycles adn there children are perfect. No need to worry about the child while being on AS.

The child will have no problems and it's definetlypossible to get someone pregnant on AS.

Thank You all for your reponses and for the helpful info...I've talked to alot of gym buddies and the general attitude was that when you were on roids, you were sterile, kinda of like being on male birth control. Thank You for clearing things up......

During my last cycle, my wife became pregnant, and I was running 500mg Enanthate. It was towards the end of the cycle 2.

I thought they were experimenting with test enanthate as a form of male birth control and it had somewhere around a 97% effectiveness?
