I'm sure many of you know about this site, but I was curious as to what you experienced bros thought of it?

so taking 5 mg tabs of dbol spaced out every 3 hrs for a total of 25 mg per day is LESS effective than say, frontloading a 10mg dose at the start of the day, and then taking 5mg doses for the rest of the day?

the calc shows much higher and more consistent values in the blood if you frontload. comments?

if you think about it, and check the calculator, it seems that most injectibles would be better used if they were evenly spaced apart, ie e3d, e4d (depending on the ester), than the common Mon/Thrs schedule. that's kind of why I asked.

You know it Doc. I plugged in your numbers, along with a bunch of others and like I said, i think the most consistent (based on the calculator) was at e3d. I'm basically going to be running close to what you were saying. at this point, i'm tired of even thinking about it. just can't wait for next tuesday when I begin my frontload. You were definitely right though about doing 2 400mg injections instead of 4 200mg injections for the frontload.

you're frontloading primo at 800mg for the first week? I was thinking of 800, but i settled on 600. i'm still in my first week though. maybe i should bump that up a couple amps.

yeah, from what I've been told by some guys on here, 800 is a good number for week 1. I plugged it into that calculator and it made sense to hit 400 and then 3 days later 400 again. How much are you going to do weekly after the frontload? Stacking it with anything?

I'm doing a deca/primo stack at 400mg each, frontloaded at 800mg deca and now probably 800mg for the primo as well for week 1.

say you are taking 30mg ed of dbol. is it better to "frontload" the day with 10mg (2 tabs), then space out the rest of the 5 mg tabs for the day OR

no frontloading.

I first proposed the theory of frontoloading short-estered orals a couple years ago, but the idea got knocked down by some of the mods. I still haven't gotten a satisfoctory answer.

I know that the roid calc is made by some guy that is defining the parameters based on his own knowledge.

but if it is true, frontloading orals def makes for higher levels of roids in the blood for longer.... you can see that for yourself if you plug in the numbers.

i'll go from 25mg ed of dbol to 35, and the extra 10 will be frontloaded at the beginning of the day and i'll let you know.
