roid books

To be honest, I have not read any of them, but from what I hear they all have erros. If you want real knowledge and personaly experience I think your best bet is to hang around high traffic boards and as you hear things, trudgth through abstracts and other types of clinical info to validate what is being stated. Then you will be amassing real knowlegde.

The best info is right here, on this board, because it's usually practical info not theoretical. Anabolic Review 1996 isn't bad, Underground Steroid Handbook I&II are OK, you just have to take good ol Dan with a grain of salt.

I have read just about all of the AAS books out there, and her eis the problem. They are good for general knowledge, but they become out-dated before they get printed. I suggest that everyone get solid, general knowledge--you can pick up Goodman and Gillman's pharmacology book (textbook) or any endocrinology book from a college (med) bookstore. Then read the information posted here. I try to introduce as much practical anabolics as possible, for I have access to a great number of articles. A great number of guys here do, too. Read this research. Also, pay attention to the anecdotal discussions here from the practical users of anabolics. Explore websites like www.lef.org and www.medibolics.com for more information. With the Internet, it is easy to keep up-to-date. A book is good for general knowledge, but it doesn't reprint itself fast enough.
