I hate counting calories. How do you possibly ( without much of a hassle ) keep the count of what you eat, how much carbs/fat/protein it had, and when to eat again... Hell... Im trying to cut, and yes, im eating less than i did, pants are getting loose, etc, etc. But I never kept a calorie count, so If I wanna still and try to keep muscle and not go under the 500cal limit... how am I supposed to know?
