Hey all. I'm going on a roadtrip this weekend and was wondering what type of food I should bring along that won't totally throw my cutting diet into shambles. Thanks!

protein: cans of chicken, cans of tuna fish, mrps, protein shake powders

carbs: fruit, wheat or multigrain bread

fats: peanut butter, peanuts

Joiky, lotsa joiky.

Lean sandwich meat, chicken, turkey, multi-grain bread, mustard, low-fay mayo.

MRP

Water

fruits are ok, just stay low gi, apples over bananas, that kinda thing.

I found some light bread at my grocery store. 2 slices has only 17 grams of carbs, and 7 of those are fiber, so it comes out to 10 grams of usable carbs. Thats pretty darn good. Now I can make Roast beef sandwiches.

The bread is Oroweat Light 100% wheat bread. Here is the nutritional info for 2 slices.

Carbs: 18 grams
Fiber: 7 grams
sugar: 3 grams
Fat: .5 grams
Protein: 4 grams

Calories 80

The slices are kinda small, but still its better then eating roast beef plain. I like sandwiches.
