Ok fellas ive decided that I want to do my first show. I was gonna do a show last year but because of manys reasons I wasn't able to but now that I'm at a more stable place in my life I'm ready to take the plunge. I just got back into the gym after a 2 month break and have started to get back in the groove or things and getting my diet back in check. I've lost a bit of size which I plan on getting back fairly quickly (thank you muscle memory haha). As far as stats go I'm soon to be 22 5'8 165 (down from 185) and around 8-9% bf without ever doing cardio. I've done a couple cycles awhile ago but sense my time off from the gym and diet Ive lost some size. My plan is to get back up to 185 before I hit another cycle then the fun begins. Once I get to 185 I'm gonna do a cycle of test p mast p and npp for an 8 week blast then I'm gonna cruz at a low dose of test for another 8 weeks then hit another blast. The reason for this is I want to take my body as far as I can, and I know that alot of people are gonna look at me and so I'm stupid, but trust me I know what I'm getting myself into, I've grown up in the gym. My moms been a trainer as long as I've been alive and is had to suffer eating what he ate growing up when she was getting ready for a show and also my father and grandfather are both bodybuilders so it's safe to say I know what goes with the life style. Also I know that with blasting and cruising that I will have to raise my dose which can cause some health concerns but I will be going to the doctor on a monthly basis to get check ups and bloods done. If anyone else my age is planning on doing what I'm doing please do your homework first, if you don't want to be on hrt for the rest of your life this isn't for u. If you don't plan on dedicating your whole life to bodybuilding this isn't for you. I'm open to questions and criticism. This is going to be a year long log of my progress, cycles, diet, and training.
