Well boys like I posted 2wks ago about my right pec swelling up and not sure if I strained my pec or if I had gyno in one pec?
Well after day 3 the bruising started to show and dam did it, all the way down the arm in spots like outer pec, short head of bicep, and forearm. So after seeing a sports therapist and sports Dr. it’s confirmed that it is a moderate tear (strain).
So I’m at about the second week of healing and like the therapist said it is healing very fast probably due to the anabolics in my body but he said that wont heal my tendons that fast and that’s why I need to go slow with the chest.
It really only affected my upper body workouts for the first week but no problems now and still adding size and strength except for chest it’s down a lot of strength and can only do half comfortably and safely.
I really just posted this to any newbies or persons who might benefit from my injury to prevent it from happening to them. The Dr. concluded that my injury happened when I was doing 80lbs. Incline dumbbells when I noticed a slight nic of like a pinprick and 5-7mins later pec started to become stiff. This might have been avoided if I didn’t do dips so much as I wanted to develop my outer lower rounding of the pec, I mean I was doing dips 4x /week. You get very smart when you get stupid.
It’s very good to have Doc’s watching you and helping you to develop your body without them I would not be able to see my dreams to be in the Mr. ‘O’ when I’m 29 in 3yrs.
So enjoy your workouts and cycles, as I will NOT be stopping my cycle that is at week 15 of 20, and still my winter bulk/strength cycle starting Dec.
Take care of your selves and remember 33% of your body grows when you sleep.
