Ripped pec, not stopping cycle…

Well boys like I posted 2wks ago about my right pec swelling up and not sure if I strained my pec or if I had gyno in one pec?
Well after day 3 the bruising started to show and dam did it, all the way down the arm in spots like outer pec, short head of bicep, and forearm. So after seeing a sports therapist and sports Dr. it’s confirmed that it is a moderate tear (strain).
So I’m at about the second week of healing and like the therapist said it is healing very fast probably due to the anabolics in my body but he said that wont heal my tendons that fast and that’s why I need to go slow with the chest.
It really only affected my upper body workouts for the first week but no problems now and still adding size and strength except for chest it’s down a lot of strength and can only do half comfortably and safely.

I really just posted this to any newbies or persons who might benefit from my injury to prevent it from happening to them. The Dr. concluded that my injury happened when I was doing 80lbs. Incline dumbbells when I noticed a slight nic of like a pinprick and 5-7mins later pec started to become stiff. This might have been avoided if I didn’t do dips so much as I wanted to develop my outer lower rounding of the pec, I mean I was doing dips 4x /week. You get very smart when you get stupid.
It’s very good to have Doc’s watching you and helping you to develop your body without them I would not be able to see my dreams to be in the Mr. ‘O’ when I’m 29 in 3yrs.

So enjoy your workouts and cycles, as I will NOT be stopping my cycle that is at week 15 of 20, and still my winter bulk/strength cycle starting Dec.

Take care of your selves and remember 33% of your body grows when you sleep.

Mr O in 3 years bro? What are yours stats... good luck with recovery, but you're making a big mistake by continuing to train. I injured my back similar to you, should have taken about 2 months to heal if I had taken some time off. I didnt, only avoided back exercises or so I thought, strained it again and it's taken almost 2 years.

We must have a dream, and competing at pro level is mine and I will look at entering in 3yrs if all goes well and no more or worse injuries. I have cut back my workouts in many areas a lot and have a schedule planned out by my sports therapist that is hard to follow cause it don’t show as much gains over the next 5-6wks but he warns me that if I don’t follow it not just that he won’t help me heal but I wont be helping myself, so I look forward to getting my injury healed right and keep the gains and size going up.
My stats are:
26yrs, 5’ 11” @ 187lbs now, and 210lbs last fall on bulk cycle. Dieted down to 170lbs. prior to my current cycle to rid of unwanted fat.
This is my 4th cycle (2 small cycles 3 yrs. ago) and this is my 1st longer larger cycle with frontloading.
