I use to take ripped fuel a few years ago. I don't remember it doing THAT much for me. The only old school product of that nature I ever really like was the OLD hydroxycut. Xenadrine didn't do ANYTHING for me, although my best friend at the time raved about it.
Stacker didn't really measure up either, I think it along with Zantrax (sp?) made me feel nothing but kinda geeked out.
The only supps I spend my $$ on nowadays are those from the AF store. It's not for everyone, and I'm not plugging them b/c they're all over EF. I tried the products, had awesome results and made sure everything I put into my body was what it claimed to be.
Anyway, I think the best fat burner out there is a clean diet. # 1 Diet # 2 Training # 3 Supps ...
As far as energy goes, I have favorable results with Cardio Breeze or Thermorexin. I heard StimX can get you jacked up but I've never tried it yet.
