Right Injection spot ?

Greetings all,

I've been on Test-E for my second week now.
The first injection was done by a friend.

Then I did it myself, but I was getting a little more curious if this is the right spot.
It doesn't hurt badly or anything, just a little for only like a day.

Here is the image of hopefully you can still see the minor spots where it has been injected for 2 times now.

I dont get why people still inject quads.. glutes and delts are far better

I barley felt it there, that's why I use that spot, maby I'll try glute later on. But I hope someone could bright me up with a little more information.

I inject quads because that's where the doctor trained me do it

That looks pretty good but I would shave the area you're injecting.
