What are some ideas for my last meal of the day - I usually eat it before bed around ten - six meals a day. no carbs please. I'm tired of egg whites.
 
a good idea would be to get a casein/whey protein blend. the slow absorption from the casein will supply nutrients to your body slowly whilst you are asleep...

check out met rx protein plus, it's a blend of casein and whey and has glutamine and tastes fantastic!
 
I use the Designer w/ glecer.......some splenda, skim and ice......awesome.....then I have some peanuts, veggies, and ff ranch dip....all in bed!.....RULES!
