right after injection

1. for the first time since my injections started, today the spot i did the injection
bled. i use 3 tiny cotton alcohol wipes to clean it, i would say i lost 10 drops of blood and it stopped, what did i do wrong, it never bled before?


2. right before after the injection, i massage my quad, so i can get the muscle to relax and to spread the liquid, but i was thinking, since i am puttin oil in my quad (test prop) would it be ok to put a heating pad on it after the injection and the massage to help the oil to break down a bit more and be absorbed?

Thanks for any advice, dying to get this stuff to work, but i am only on week one of eod.

nobody makes you bleed your own blood.

nah, don't worry about it bro. Sometimes when you pull the pin out at an angle you can nic the skin or site and it will bleed. Everytime I get a shot from a doc it bleeds ... happens. Wait till you hit a vien or go through one ... you'll see some seriod drippage.

Heat pads can help sooth it. Not necessary unless you bruised the area.
