Damn. Just found out the guy who played "Dr. Franklin" on Babylon 5 died on Saturday. Apparently a massive stroke... he was only 44 and one of his two sons is only a year old.

Get your blood pressure checked, people. Hypertension has no symptoms and it's especially dangerous for Black people.

bout 8 months ago my mom had a stroke but survived, at 73 or 74. Smoking related most likely. It sucks you don't wanna have to deal with after affects from a stroke.

Yep...high bp is one of the things that got me working out and cleaning up my diet...
