Reusing pin plungers, how to sterilize?

Question bro's, I have some 5 cc casings and some extra 22 gauge needles. I would like to reuse the 5cc casings so I can do a full 3cc shot and have room to aspirate.
I would like to change out the needle only and reuse the same casing.
Is it safe if I use the same AS? Is there a way to sterilize? Rinse with water or alcohol? Does it even matter?
Any help would be most appreciated.

there was a similar thread few days ago. why would you re-use it ? just cross the street and go buy some more...

The risk of contamination is high, and this doesn't sound like such a good idea. Syringes are cheap and the best bet would be to buy more, however, placing the casing in boiling water a few minutes should sterilize them.

Sorry, I didnt see the thread. I even did a search first and couldnt find what I wanted.
I just started a cycle and have 10 casings and 100 needles. Im doing 5 shots a week so I'll be out in 2 weeks and I dont have access to anymore casings for a while.

definatly buy more needles, only costing a few cents each it's not worth taking the unnecessary risk.

just buy more pins, they are so easy to get.

They are disposable products, do not reuse them, you are going to get and infection.

if you must shoot 3 cc's at once,

then buy 3 cc's syringes. They allow you to aspirate, but you can use a thinner needle.
