so here's the deal

im 23 and worked at 3 decent companies, mosty part time as I just graduated. Now I'm doing full time at a commercial real estate firm. All of my experience is based in the real estate industry. That said, to this day I have helped with my family business which includes managing a nursing home and some real estate properties that we own. I pretty much do all the work at this point, they just invested. Would it be a good idea to throw that on a resume? I was thinking it would cover up some gaps and plus I pretty much got fired(stopped going to work) from my second job so I was thinking about leaving out that one anyway even tho it looks good on the resume... any ideas?

The key isn't the number of jobs, it's how any and all experience (job, clubs, school) directly relates to the duties and skills the job you're applying for requires.

Frame everything you do in that mindset and go with it.

ALso, larger pics of your avi, now.

u dont have to put on there why u dont work there anymore. u could always explain gaps with school committments if anyone asks. i took a heavy load that semester/year and didnt want my grades to suffer.

Bullshit.

I refuse to hire job jumpers. More likely than not they lie anyway and were fired from most of those jobs for good reason.

In this fucking instance, moron. He's only 23, length of staying at jobs isn't a huge concern at this point and with the facts he gave us.

Stop being obtuse.

Sorry, didn't read the original post, it was too lengthy.

Also, I worked at basketball camps for kids during summer at my college and one nba team. Should I put that as volunteer work or just leave it out? I got paid for it so i dont know if that qualifies...
At this point also, I'm assuming to leave out family stuff cause its neither here nor there? it was the most worked ive done out of any jobs but it doesnt really fit in on the resume..
