Man I've bought so much shit in the last month (gear, yohimburn, anti-e's, books....).
Anyway started running IP sust250 and deca almost four weeks ago. Started at 250mgs a week of each. This week I am pushed the sust to 500mg and keeping the deca at 250mg. Thank God for the deca, my shoulders were killing me before, now they feel great.
Also running .5mg of liquidex ed.
Anyway I have gained 8lbs as of last night and actually dropped some body fat in the process. I don't notice any water retention yet.
Still have a little body fat on my chest and abdomin which is shrinking slowly thanks to Yohimburn.
I hit the gym six days a week, lift 5 days and cardio 6 days.
As far as diet, I'll probably get flamed for this, but I keep my protein high, carbs moderate, and fat low. I try to keep my calories at 2400 per day. Most of you guys will laugh and think it's not enough, but so far it has worked for me, added some lean muscle and dropping fat in the process.
