Been a few weeks since i last was on Ef.
Then when i went back a few pages and discovered that Guardien passed away.

I would like to say thanks to Guardien for all help ive gotten of him.

he would always answer my questions, even when he was busy, he would always send back "im dont have so much time, but ill answer your question as fast as i can", who does that.

If it was me, i would just answer when i got the time, but he even sort of apologised for not having the time to answer my stupid questions.

All respect to him.

May already been someone who already started a R.I.P Guardien thread
but since he helped me alot i thought i would be ungrateful not to start my own thread and thank him.

Rest in peace bro.

Yes we all lost a brother.

Out of respect for him and his family, I'm closing this thread. I know everyone understands. It was a dark day in our bodybuilding community when the news surfaced.

Let's not speculate and simply appreciate the legacy he left behind on EF.
