***Resource 2.0***Should I leave it alone??

Someone gave me (10) 2 quart bags of resource 2.0 It is a meal replacement drink for the treatment of malnutrition. It has tons of vitamins and minerals plus each 8oz glass contains the following:
475calories
21g fat
1 g saturated fat
190mg sodium
360mg potassium
51 g carbs
21 g protein

I could really use the extra protein, but the carbs and calories might make it a harmful addition to my diet. What do you thinK?? Would you start drinking it anyway???
 
It's alot of fat, but also it's alot of calories, which is good. And obviously alot of vitamins and minerals is good. Read the post by audio8 about food intake.
