Replacement for Winny

I'd like to hear some input from you guys on what to use in place of winny with a clen/t3 stack. First, a little background.

Keep in mind one thing... I'm in a different boat than 99.999999% of the folks here. I'm a triathlete, and I don't use AAS to gain size. Rather, I use to:

maintain lean tissue (lots and lots of "cardio" in my sport)
enhance recovery
maximize power/weight ratio

I usually run 12-16 weeks of 200mg/wk EQ and 250mg/wk of test-e or cyp during the most intense phases of training. These doses give me good recovery without uncomfy pumps. Also some good RBC production.

I use the t3/clen stack with 30mg oral winny during the beginning of my season (secondary to nutrition, of course) to bring my bf on down to 6-8%. I only use this after using diet to cut down under 12 % after my winter off season. Problem is, winny can be rough on my joints with a lot of running.

Is there something I could use to replace the winny, easier on the joints, but use the right dose to avoid too much of a pump? Could I just use EQ with the t3/clen combo? I'd love to hear some feedback from you folks if can bring yourselves to help out a non-BB.
 
var or tbol. tbol a bit more mass var will curb your appetite and promote more strength than size. i'd probably choose anavar
 
Thanks for the feedback so far. I know I'll have to experiment with dosages, but generally speaking, with 40-60mg ED, what can I expect in the way of muscle pumps or cramping when biking or running for training? I've never used var before, so I want to make sure I know what to expect.

Perhaps some Anavar?
 
Var is probably your best bet bro, 40mg +. I found it is a very good anti-catabolic and gives disproportionate strength gains.

Clen (2 weeks on/2 weeks off for 6 weeks)
Day 1-2 20mcg
Day 3-4 40mcg
Day 5-6 60mcg
Day 7-8 80mcg
Day 9-10 60 mcg
Day 11-12 40mcg
Day 13-14 20mcg

Anything over 80 starts fucking with my heart rate too much to train correctly (I use heart rate based training)

T3
Day 1-4 25mcg
Day 5-8 50mcg
Day 9-12 75mcg
Day 13-16 100mcg
Day 17-22 120mcg
Day 23-26 100mcg
Day 27-30 75mcg
Day 31-34 50mcg
Day 35-38 25mcg
Day 39-42 12.5mcg

I've run this the past two years, ran once the first year, twice the second year just to see where my bf went. Coming off the winter layoff, I've been around 180 at 15% bf. At the end of the cycle both seasons I've been 170 at 9-10% bf. Last year after running the second cycle (three months later) i ended up 173 at 6%. All of these cycles i was running winny at 30mg ED. That was a low enough dosage to keep pumps comfortable, but keep from shedding lean weight (actually gained a little). Only problem was the second and third cycles came with a good bit of pain in my knees. My training was more intense, but when I went off the winny, the pain went away.

bruce you still finding that Tbol effectiveness starts to drop off after about 3 weeks?

have you tried 3 on 3 off (not for hpta recovery, but for replenishing bound test as inventory for tbol to free up)? I was thinking about trying this, but figure I'll wait till someone else tries it :lazybastard:
 
hayceed, the clen will give you cramps before the var. I have never (nor do I know anyone else) that has experienced cramps or painful pumps from var.

Alright. I keep a large supply of taurine and potassium when on clen, so hopefully I'm covered. Thanks for the info. Looks like I'll try var, then.

yep about 3 weeks is right, but its most effective for me in the 2nd week
