Replace flax with MCT

Can I solely use MCT? I know I CAN, but is it better to use both? I hope not because my fridge and countertops are getting overcrowded lol I was using olive oild now I use only flax. When the flax is finished I want to get the MCT. I`ve read many times that it`s better.

It is best to use both, I find that sole use of MCT does not provide the same results as when mixed w/ appropriate EFA's (like flaxseed). From another prospective, MCT is a ketogenic fuel while Flax is an essential fatty acid. So there are differences.
