Repeated Question...

Gotta a question, I know this has been asked, but still a bit confused since I am new to supplementing. I live in Japan and getting supplements are expensive as well as hard to find. Going to Hawaii at the end of the month and I will be getting some goodies. Now here is the question, looking to get some 1-AD and Androdiol Select 300 by Ergopharm. How should I stack these and is it a good thing? Looking to add mass and get cut, and it seems like this is what I need.
I work out 5 times a week, I'm 5'7" and 175 pounds.

I would say 300mg of 1-ad a day.

not sure what the androdiol is. intranasal 4-ad?
