They have a point about not being reimbursed for labor, but they are not the laborers. And why don't they try to extort money for constructive purposes, like ending real slavery that still exists or real political tyranny, which blacks in africa put up with daily.

the idea of reparations is not totally without merit.

it seems to me that minority scholarships are reparations. things like the united Negro scholarship fund have existed for decades and do exist to try and even out the disparity that slavery certainly contributed to. Perhaps more of these could be created.

To ask for cash because of actions committed against your great great grandparents is damn absurd, though.

i would not be a bit surprised if these people are in a much better place today than they would be had their ancestors been brought here. It is better to be unemployed in the USA than impoverished in Africa.

It's said. Just another example of what sustains the dislike of blacks in this country. Shit like this is why i use the word nigger. It describes these fucks perfectly. What i find pretty funny also, is that blacks from other countries (europe and canada esp.) can't believe the way the blacks in this country act. I had a kid i went to High School with who was from England. He was a black dude, and we got to talking one day. He told me that over there they didnt understand all the racial issues in the U.S. , and didnt understand why whites had such contempt for blacks. He said once he moved here, he understood completely. He said he was ashamed to be in the same group with the animals (he called the animals) that lived in the U.S.
