Relief to Joints

Bros,

does anyone know a good sup to take wo alleviate pain/tenderness/looseness/cracking joints? My shoulders are acting up after i do DB benching (there is no particular instant where the discomfort was sudden, its just after the workout, my shoulder joint feels loose and cracks a lot). I know Deca is good, but im not gonna buy lots of Deca just for that. I already have another cycle in mind that doesnt include Deca. Any sups that will work?
 
Try MSM
or Glucusomine
or take a look at your training routine and see if you are overtraining or if you are training chest and shoulders back to back...space them out. These are the first signs of possible injury. Careful!!! If it persists you may seriously want to consider a week layoff...hard to do but can seriously help.
 
Ever priced that glucosamine/chondroitin shit.....takes along time and a lot of it to get barely noticeable results.

Hell, light dosing of deca would be as cheap, and definitely works. I'm no big deca fan, but I'll use 200mg. a week just for the joints, esp. when using GH.......costs all of 20 bucks a week...absolutely the way to go.
Never found a supplement that really worked. I'm an old guy, so I know about sore joints.
 
I dont think im over training shoulders when i pair them with chest. Its no different then pairing chest/tris or back/bis. I think im lifting my shoulders off the bench to get the last 1-2 reps. Ill try lighter weight an FOCUS on keeping my traps pinned down for the whole movement.
 
i just started using 200 mg decca a week with my test cycle. the decca was specificaly for my aching elbows. in between cycles i use msm. it works beter than glucosamine in my opinion.
