Who would ever think someone would send a package with SENSTIVE materials in it REGISTERED MAIL... which means, the person who has their name on the package HAS to sign for it.

Isn't that nuts?? I mean, shit just sits at the post office? What if a fake name was used? You can't get your shit then! LOL

THAT is fucked up... no sigs... I sign for nothing.. NOTHING

I have all of my stuff sent to a P.O. Box. Depending on the size of the package, I have to sign for it. Which doesn't make sense because my PO Box is huge. I think that anything coming throuh customs has to be registered once it comes into the US. None of my sources send it registered, but I always have to sign for it.

I used a fake name the first couple of times. I don't do that anymore since they check the name on the package and compare it with the name of the person the box is registered to.

I still do not understand the advantage of a po box. You get arrested just the same. Maybe they can not enter your house? But the feds can only enter if they do a controlled delivery and you are dumb enough to sign for it.

Also, with a po box you have to show 2 forms of id so you can not lie there either?

Yeah, although we can and in no way name or even hint at sources, there is a certain, reliable source that told me shipping was $15 dollars for registered mail. You know what? Let's take five dollars off the cost to ship the mail, as well as save me a year or two in prison.

i know one guy who sends all registered and pretty much never has any seizures or any problems, i think its less likely to get seized personally when sending registered

yeah but make sure you know for a fact that the person is sending registered because if you use a fake name you will not be getting your package.

It doesn't matter either way. If you're going to get busted they have your home address. If they suspect something at your PO Box, they still have your home address. I don't think it matters either way. Atleast with a PO Box you have more control over your "presence". Whereas if you're home they can just come right to your door.

Besides, I doubt they would suspect anything as long as it passed through customs okay. Customs would sieze it before the post office or law officials caught wind of it. But then again, customs could always turn you in if it as a BIG seizure.

lol... you have not been a mod long and already you are getting gear kickbacks.:)

When sending stuff usps out of the us via express you CAN NOT waive signature, it may be that way comming into states as well. Best thing to do is have them simply put "resident" instead of your name.

Well... my point is, if the package is sent registered & restricted... it cannot be signed for by ANYONE but the person who is listed... and you need an ID...

I would want to know this little tidbit before someone mailed me something...

BTW -- I'm getting kickbacks??? That's cool... ... ... wait a tic!!! :)

more interesting is how would you get the package? find someone with that name and poay em 100 bucks to pick it up for ya LOL.... seriously any ideas?

the PO Box is a good idea becasue
1) they can not enter ur home
2)if they r on to u u choose the time table of when the package is picked up not them, u have the advantage of looking to see if they r around onlike ur home mail box.
3)besides always use a fake name because the best thing to do is when u get it do not look at the package once while in the post ofice or in the car go home with it and once inside have a marker ready and write in big bold letters " not at this address " and then place it by the front door and wait a few days, if nothing happends by then open it.
but if by any chance they come before then not only did u not open it by u were gonna send it back out once u got a chance because the name on the package is not at ur addy and u wanted to makesure it got to it's real owner. and the reason for not looking at it at the post office or in car is because if they were on to u they would have the video cam at post office and maybe even pix of u in car looking at it and ask u why u didn't return it then... simple as that it works trust me...

If you read the little notice that usps leaves on your door it says you OR YOUR AGENT can pick up the package at the post office. All you have to do is sign the name of the person its addressed to on the slip and sign your name as his agent. Then go to the post office and pick up the package. Its not complicated at all.

Roidproject, you are badly misinformed bro, you need to read up on the laws......"return to sender" that's a big joke bro, and getting a PO box in a fake name....federal offense in itself(Fraud), and they CAN and will search your house even with a PO box

Do I know this guy? :) LOL
Hey just get MBE addy, they will sign for you!

Dealt with the same source for over 2 years he always sent certified, signature required, to my home addy. never had a problem. he quite sourceing referred me to someone he trusted.
this guy sends it to my home addy regular mail no signature required, 2 out of 4 packages seized at differnet customs post.
I never liked having to sign for it but I never had problems when I did. funny thing is customs I get a seizure letter by it self and a one of the packages. Open the letter list the # and product seized open the package and it has another seizure letter in it too. Bastards opened the package inserted a letter and resealed it.

ok i never said get a po box under a fake name so when ur reading my posts please read them well and reply to what i have send not to what u r thinking or wann sound more smart then u r ok. return to sender is not a myth it works just fine and if u didn't open the package u did nothing wrong and can;t be held to blame, further more i have studied the law very carefully and i have talked to lawers and friends that r cops and all says that this is the safest route to go by and inless ur under investagation they would not be able to search ur home without a judges warrent... or unless u have messs uo big time and have been talking to some kind of law inforcements agents and have be under investagtion then they can get a federal warrent and search all that is ur but u would have to have mess uo big time and trust me if that happends u will never see day light again...

The problem with some of you guys is the obvious way in which Customs sees your packages. First, KEEP ALL INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES BELOW 16 ounces! Anything above that, and it get a "higher level" of priority for a possible searching of that package. Secondly, have the source write some shit like Happy Birthday or Happy Easter (it's coming up soon) on the package so it will make Customs agents less suspicious. In addition, tell the source to write "Leave on porch" as to instruct the mailman to leave it at your home if no one is home, and ALWAYS USE STANDARD AIRMAL. If you are so stupid as to use Registered Mail, then you will be eventually caught, Mr. GUMP.

Not true. If you walk up to the desk and hand them the slip that was in the drawer/box they go and get it for you. I've done it.
If it says 'Joe Smith' and a female is there then they may in all likelyhood ask for ID and why you are there. They may even not let you take it.

Your post office is weird. I ordered some uncensored versions of American porn movies (Seymore Butts, ect) from Europe and they were sent regular airmail. I had two sizes up from the small one so the boxes fit in there fine. I never signed for anything.
The idea of "I think that anything coming throuh customs has to be registered once it comes into the US" is not correct. For that to happen you need tracking #'s or some type of tag,ect on it to keep track of it. Complain to your local postmaster saying you have box so you dont have to wait in line for parcels or to come after the office is closed but the lobby is open.
Some countries customs tags stuff after it leaves and you automatically have to sign for it (see Eastern Europe)

Not if it is sent registered/restricted...

Then the box needs to be checked to "waive" the signature of the person...

Muther fucker.

It's actually not that simple. If it is sent registered/restricted... then you need the original persons name signed. Come on guy... heads up... heads up... quick feet quick feet

From the USPS:
Sometimes, you might have private or highly classified documents that you require to be seen only by the addressee. Restricted Delivery ensures that your mail is only delivered to the person you specify, or to the person authorized in writing to sign for intended recipient. Mail for minors or persons under guardianship may be delivered to their parents or guardians.

Not sure if the authorization needs to be filed with the post office.
