Hey guys well I have been running clen/t3 on a 2 days on 2days off schedule. I just dropped the clen because i couldn't take it anymore. The cramps and sweats proved to be to much for me to handle. Yes I drank plenty of water, and supplemented with taurine & potassium. Proves that everyone reacts different. Well anyways I still want to continue to run the T3 but instead of 2 days on 2 days off I jsut wanted to start running it every day for the next 3wks or so.
I am at 100mcg right now, so my question is would I just stay at that for a bit and begin pyramiding down or something else? I could also just start all over again and do a 25/50/75/100 then back down again 3wk run. After I will use a OTC supplement to help natural thyroid production out.
Also I just picked up some Xpel (a natural diuretic) to use 10 days prior to my trip to the beach this summer. What are your thoughts on natural diuretics?
Also I am currently on cycle.
