I have a question..I have been lurking around here for a while and I keep reading how a lot of women go off the pill in order to help them lose bf. I'm at 16% and want to get down to 13-14%, I guess. I want to be defined,but not to the point where I wouldn't be able to keep my bf low without ever eating a cheat food here and there. Do you think this can be done while on the pill? How low do you think a woman should go to look good, but not too low where there may be health risks? Thanks!
