Regarding Clen..

I just bought some Clen from AG guys and and was curious about the dosage? Any recommendations on how to take it?

Also, what does Clen make you feel like? Energized? Is there a crash? ETC...

hey bro, clen makes me feel energetic, but you have to be careful with the dose, especially first time users. Ag - guys clen is 200mcg/ml. YOu need to be sure what dosage you are using, if you don't have a dropper with marks on it to show .25, .5, .75, 1.0 ml , then you need to use a syringe to draw it up. I would start off at 25 mcg af first, see how you respond to it, then the next day if you tolerated 25 mcg well, then up it to 50 mcg, and so on. Some bodybuilders use up to the full 200 mcg dose, but its not necessart to do that much to get the full benefits of it. So , if you want to take say 50 mcg, then draw up 1/4 cc of the clen liquid and swallow it. Thats the only way you will know for sure what dosage you are taking. You may feel a littel jittery, or anxious, and you may get the shakes, all are side effects that are normal. If you are having problems with shaking, then don't go up in the dose until your body stabilizes to the current dose that you are on. Hope this helps a little.

No crash after. Probably in the morning to be taken. It should also be cycled I've heard two weeks on and then 2 weeks off. On your off weeks introduce a ECA stack. Hope that helps.

Whatever you do don't try the one drop on each eye method. I could not see for a week :)

gradually build up dosages and then gradually come down
2 weeks on - 2 weeks off (like mentioned above)

make sure you get lots of taurine, water, potassium for cramps
