regaining after post cycle weight loss

I recently came off a 500mg/week for 10 week test enanth cycle. I began my nolva pct a week ago at 60mg/ed for first week. I have still managed to lose a good 8-9 good lbs. and have noticed a decrease in my strenght as well.
Are there any good ways to combat and reverse this weight/strength loss. (I understand eating more but other than the obvious...) I know that weight and strength loss is going to happen when you come off any cycle. But i am wanting to try and reverse it asap.
I have yet to experience in change in attitude (still testy) and my sex drive or "performance ability" has not been affected at all. But i have noticed a good weight loss visually and physically. My appetite has been fucked up too as i have been TRYING to boost my caloric intake to help fight the losses. 1)Would a natural test booster like tribulus or something help with this? I am not a huge fan of clomid which is why i opted for the nolva. 2) is it easier to regain lost weight after a cycle than it is to gain it without AAS (muscle memory maybe??)????
Not to sound like a total newbie...but this is my second cycle and i did not loose any off my first cyce (dbol surprisingly).

no one????
Let me simplify the question. What do YOU ALL do to regain the weight you lose during your post cycle crash (if you even have one). I am not aiming this question at diet as much as other things you can do....natural test boosters etc.
Is it easier to regain this lost weight...or is it as though i never had it to begin with? (Obviously everyone is different...but surely someone has some insight)

Dude...there is nothing you can do to not lose some weight and strength. If that were the case all you would have to do in life would be 4 or 5 cycles and good PCT and you would be set for life. Too bad it doesn't work that way. The body just can't hold the strength and muscle without the same amount of Test in your system.

you didnt lose what you gained on your first cycle because you were under your natural limits, and didn't require a supraphysiological amount of test to keep the muscle you gained.

Now you are either over your natural max, or just don't know how to train/eat to maintain your muscle..

....Best thing I've found to do is continue to train like a freak, and keep the calories high. Cut down on the cardio if your doing any, and add a new supplement to the regime. Like creatine. If your already on creatine add NO-Explode. If ur already on both, add a Stimulant. There's a million supps just add something new and potent
