Its too dirty to inject. It works just fine drinking it. If you don't like the taste put it in gel caps.

Drink, I have tried chasing with many other liquids like water and pepsi. What worked best for me was to let it sit under my tongue and then chase it with some Orange Juice, works great, can not even taste it.
