Reference for Stretching & Flexibility

Very nice link, I actually posted that on AF a while back. I like how it talks about PNF and also explains the differences between active, passive, dynamic and static stretches.

Awesome stuff.

Several of the first page links that came back on Goggle went back to this ref or a reformated version of it. I printed the PDF form and it comes out about 60-ish pages.
 
It might just be that I can add a split in my posing routine w/o needing a stretcher & ambulance ride home afterwards.....
 
Just found this again and thought it was worth a bump as new people continue on with new exercise programs, and because of the influx in my PM box about stretching. It will help with decreased injuries in the long-run if your an avid stretcher ;)
 
Thanks so much! Hopefully I will get a second (or hour if it's 60 pages :lmao: ) at work to read over it. I really need to. I slack on stretching.
 
As a custom when you are present..bow (to bend the knee or body, incline the head, as in reverence, submission, salutation, recognition, or acknowledgment.) in admiration to you!!!
