Is it good to have a refeed if you are on a moderate carb diet, around 120-160 carbs a day? Is there a benefit or is a diet sabatoge? I follow a mod carb diet for about 5 days then i really carb up and sorta binge on mostly high carb/sugary low fat things, like 3 boxes of cereal, or 7 cups of oatmeal over the day...is this in any way benficial to me or am i just basically cheating?
